By accessing or using Nabbit, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Nabbit is a cloud-based receipt capture and expense management platform for Canadian businesses. Features include AI-powered receipt parsing, QuickBooks Online integration, and CRA-compliant document storage.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Nabbit offers free trial and paid subscription plans billed in Canadian dollars. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as expressly set out in Section 5 (Prepayments and Prepaid Terms).
Where you elect a plan billed in advance for a fixed term (including, without limitation, annual subscriptions), the full amount for that term is due at the commencement of the term (a "Prepayment"). Prepayments are non-refundable by default. If you cancel your subscription before the end of a prepaid term, Nabbit will refund sixty percent (60%) of the unused, prepaid portion of that term, and will retain the remaining forty percent (40%) of that unused portion as a non-refundable holdback and administrative fee. The unused portion is calculated on a pro-rata basis from the effective date of cancellation to the end of the then-current prepaid term, based on the amount actually paid for that term and excluding any amounts attributable to the elapsed portion of the term, taxes, and any separately billed charges such as additional seats or usage-based fees. No refund is payable where the subscription is terminated by Nabbit for your breach of this Agreement. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment and are ordinarily processed within thirty (30) days of the effective date of cancellation. This Section 5 sets out your sole and exclusive remedy in respect of amounts prepaid for an unused term.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Nabbit stores receipt data and financial information on your behalf. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy at nabbit.ca/privacy for full details.
All software, branding, and content provided by Nabbit remains the property of Nabbit. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
Nabbit stores receipt images for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Canada Revenue Agency requirements. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your tax records.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nabbit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of this Agreement. You may cancel your account at any time through the billing settings.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
